Request deletion of specific data

You can contact VICQ support to request deletion of personal data without requesting closure of your VICQ or VICQ Lite account.

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “VICQ data deletion”.
  2. State whether you use VICQ or VICQ Lite, include your user ID and registered contact address, and describe the data you want removed.
  3. Our support team will verify account ownership and explain how your request can be processed. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.

Account and data requests

For closure of your account and associated data, follow the account deletion instructions. For a specific-data request, tell support that you want to keep your account.

Handling and retention of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. Support can explain which records can be deleted and any applicable retention requirements when reviewing your request.
